Using Our Mailing List / News Letter
Enter your domain name /mailinglist/admin (Example http://www.yourdomain.com/mailinglist/admin)
Enter your User Name and Password
Left Click on Enter
This is the main admin page
How to Confirm a user which has subscribed to your Mailing List/News Letter
On the right column (side menu), Click on the link Users
Left click on the user (Email Address) you wish to confirm
This is the User Details
Is this user confirmed (1/0) : Enter in 1 to be Confirm the user, 0 to unconfirm the user
Left click on Save Changes
How to Edit or Make a new List
The side menu contains a link called Lists
This is the list of lists
You can edit your list or make a new list
A list contains all your Users you wish to input
How to add a user to your List
Type in Users email address, left click on Add
How to Send a HTML format Email
The right menu contains a link (send a message)
Enter the Subject of your Email type in your Message
At the bottom left click on (Save Changes)
Left click on the link (Format)
Choose your Template from the drop down menu
Tick the box (Text and HTML)
Left Click on Save Changes
Left click on Lists
Choose a list you wish to send to
Left click on Send Message to the Selected MailingLists
Your Email should begin to Queue and then send
