You will need the user details (email address and password) of your e-mail account
From the menu,
select Tools > Accounts
Internet Accounts
On the Internet Accounts screen,
select Add > Mail
Your Name
Enter your name
Click Next
Internet E-Mail Address
Enter your email address
Click Next
E-Mail Server Names
The top line should read My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
On the first line [incoming mail server] enter mail.yourdomainname.com
On the second line [outgoing SMTP server] enter mail.yourdomainname.com
Click Next
Enter your Account Name and Password.
Your Account Name is your full e-mail address (eg. info@yourdomainname.ie)
Tick the 'Remember password' box.
'Logon using SPA' box should be left unticked.
Click Next
Click Finish
You should now find yourself back on the Internet Accounts screen.
